At LaserQs Clinic, we strive to provide the highest level of service and accommodate our clients' needs. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following policies:

Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services, and the authorities will be involved as necessary.

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of £30, as we may not be able to fill the appointment slot on short notice.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of £30 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late arrival fee may apply.

Any payments made after the designated due date will incur a late fee of £30. To avoid this charge, please ensure that all payments are made on time.

For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

We are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
